OLD RUMORS (Update: 10.15.08)

NOT RUMOR! The Dead Ain't Dead! Obama Rally!
October 13 was The Dead Obama Reunion (v2) at Penn State U. Besides the Rally in Feb, Phil, Bob, Mickey (sans Billy) haven't played together since 2004. TIx are sold out. If you were there, damn, ur psyched!... & whatever you do, VOTE!

Dead or Alive?
The recent GD reunion for the 10.13 Obama Rally has reignited (already persistent) rumors about a possible Dead reunion tour. Rumors run rampant about a very possible, somewhat extensive, Spring Tour. There was even a rumor they would play in the Bahamas (cool!). Latest rumors say Mark Karan & Jeff Chementi will round out the remaining quartet. Jackie, and maybe, maybe Warren could join up as well. There had been some rumors that Jimmy Herring may be available to play due to a Widespread Panic haitus during the Spring but nothing solid has come in to confirm this. ABSOLUTELY NO REAL CONFIRMED DETAILS as of yet!! (We did say we wouldn't hold our breath for this one, but lo & behold ;-) !
