They played a long maybe 90 minute set of mostly songs from the White Album and Magical Mystery Tour, with songs like One After 909, Can't Buy Me Love, In My Life thrown in too...these guys are all good musicians and they play the hell out of these songs...there were many highlights of the 1st set, but I'd say the While my Guitar Gently Weeps ripped!
The second set was mostly Abbey Road and that was great. They didn't do an album recreation last night - it was more raw and alive, with some embellished jamming...
The crowd was loving it all night...great vibes and a really fun show. Go see these guys.
They said they are working up a Sgt. Peppers show complete with sitars and a string quartet! I hope that happens for real - if anyone can pull it off, they can!
