TORRID FIRST SET. NOT ONLY ONE OF THE BEST BEATLE SHOW SETS IVE EVER SEEN BUT ONE OF THE GREATEST SETS PERIOD IVE EVER SEEN. SIMPLY AMAZING.
THEY HAD THE STRINGS AND HORNS WITH EM AND THESE GUYS ARE INCREDIBLE.
THEY EVEN HAD THAT SPECIAL HORN FOR THE PENNY LANE SOLO. PERFECT.
A 17-SONG 90-MINUTE FIRST SET. ABSOFREAKINLUTELY AMAZING. WE WERE STOKED FOR THE 2ND SET.

UNFORTUNATELY THE 2ND SET NEVER TOOK OFF. JUST DIDNT CLICK. THE SONG SELECTION AND ORDER OF SONGS JUST KINDA KILLED THE SET. ALSO IT WAS A VERY SHORT SET--ONLY ABOUT 45 MINUTES IF THAT LONG UP TO THE ENCORE.

THE ENCORES SPREAD IT OUT BUT BY THEN IT HAD LOST ITS MOMENTUM.

HIGHLIGHTS, ASIDE FROM THE ENTIRE SMOKIN FIRST SET, ELEANOR RIGBY, STRAWBERRY FIELDS, MARTHA, GUITAR WEEPS PENNY LANE, YER BLUES, NO REPLY, HELP, OH DARLING, AND DAY IN THE LIFE.

WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND SEEING THESE GUYS. GREAT OVERALL CONCERT~

(BTW BLACKIE, WOULD YOU PLEASE POST AGAIN THE SETLIST FROM THE SHOW YOU SAW. THX.)

BWAHAHAHAHA NOW SHSHSHSUHI AND COMET O PAPA.9~

I'm seeing them in LA this Friday (4/20) doing The White Album at The House of Blues with my Uncle.

Anyone else going?

It is sold out

Not even close. Totally different approaches.

I will also disagree on the review with Reaper on a point. The show was excellent, but I thought the 2nd set totally rocked better than the 1st. Not long, but much more harsh than the 1st set, songs with a bigger edge. TNK was superb, as was Oh Darlin, yer blues, etc.

I was kidding, sarcasm in response to the above post. I've been spamming FF for months now. I think they are simply amazingly astonishingly impressive. Blown away.
