Well, cannot give you a full setlist as do not know the names of the songs off the new disc yet. That said, Ryan was back and playing guitar making this a more dynamic and upbeat show than I heard on the recent soundboards circulating out there. He appeared relaxed but professional. It was a 90 minute show (no encore) with his voice right on all the notes with the backing Cardinals playing beautifully as well. Top tunes included I See Monsters, Magnoolia Mountain and Blue Hotel. Also performed were Easy Platau, Bartering Lines, Beautifaul Sorta , What Sin and Peaceful Valley, all at one time done by PLF. Overall, a really nice show and a huge step up from the only other time I had seen RA live, with PLF at the Fillmore in SF on 12-29-05 (which seems like an eternity ago). I would certainly love to hear others opinions.

Nice review Ross!

Was this a sit-down show, or GA?

I was there last night. The band was sitting down, but the crowd was standing (no seats...GA).

Ryan took the lead musically since he was back on guitar. The whole band seemed motivated by this. Other shows this tour that I have heard on Archive seemed to highlight the new material, but last nights show seemed to go back to the songs they want to play most. GREAT SHOW!!

Oh I like the new stuff and love the old stuff...Glad to hear that he is adding songs to the rotation.

Looks like he is trying to make up for all his botched shows from 06 (England) with really tight performances on this tour.

I really like the addition of the piano player (who produced his new album)
