Such a stupid argument that you're not allowed to judge a band if you never saw a guy who's been dead for almost 30 years.

Let's see....I'm 56 - saw the Grateful Dead so many times I can't count them (back to 1974, well over 100 times) - also Phil & Phriends over 50 times, Jerry with JGB, Reconstruction, and solo; also Ratdog, Bobby & The Midnights, Kingfish, Mickey Hart's tour, Billy K with 7 Walkers etc.

So, you could say I have some basis for observation.

This Mexico gig was a BIG PHUCK YOU to the phans. You take a cash grab venue not even finished and play gigs that are supposed to be a "farewell tour" and not even have pay-per-view? And phans have to put up with the horrors of Mexico to see it? I'm sorry, it was not the way to go out.

Supposed to just be hiatus till 2015. I imagine shows for early next year are in works...

Thought 'Farewell' was drummed up by furthur haters...

I sure hope phil and bob remain committed to Furthur like they claimed they were gonna..
